A Boutique Commercial Space Enriching Visitors with Artistic Experiences
The Zhonghai HKZ Uni City site is distinguished by its panoramic views of the Pearl River, stretching from the southeast to the southwest. Leveraging this natural asset, coupled with its strategic location and excellent accessibility, the site aims to establish itself as a flagship project for the region. Central to this ambition is a comprehensive approach to architecture, landscaping, and interior design, with a focus on creating intimate, aesthetically pleasing spaces. Furthermore, the mall incorporates artistic elements to invigorate commercial activity, foster lively gathering spots, and cater to the diverse needs of visitors.
To design a small, beautiful mall infused with art, we created refined pop-up stores with a standard design. Using consistent materials—wood and white marble—we achieved a luxurious yet cozy feel. Standardized signage height ensures a clean, high-quality space. This design applies to both F&B and small retail outlets, fostering a unified, elegant appearance.
